Casing with Lucas changed the way I thought about case prep. During my case prep journey, I had read “Case In Point” and various other online materials, as well as running through a few mock cases, but it wasn’t really clicking for me. I understood in theory how a case was supposed to be run, but in practice I would get hung up on minor details and wasn’t able to execute everything I had read. However, after one 3 hour session casing with Lucas something clicked. He gave me key personalized insights on areas that I was overlooking or focusing too heavily on that I wasn’t able to get from a book or the internet. He also helped me look at and approach cases in a more holistic, strategic manner, which drastically improved my case framework and problem solving skills. Beyond just technical coaching, he helped me build confidence and approach each interview with the right mindset. I attribute casing with Lucas as one of the main factors in me receiving my full time offer at BCG - I truly can’t recommend Lucas enough.
