Coaching matters to me because I genuinely love meeting people where they are, understanding their unique journeys, and helping them break through barriers they once thought were immovable. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone I care about recognize their own potential, rise above challenges, and achieve goals they never imagined they could reach. I coach because every person has greatness within them, and it’s a privilege to help them see it for themselves!
