When I was recruiting for business analyst positions at top consulting firms, Paul played a key role in me landing my role at McKinsey & Company. Paul was offering free resume review and consulting case prep to FGLI students in his free time, a testament to his dedication in this space. Paul graciously offered to review my resume, providing specific inputs around leadership, impact, and quantifying my experiences that these firms were looking for. He then coached me on cases, and the feedback that he provided was both actionable and specific, giving specific areas for me to work on within each section of the case. These case sessions completely transformed the structure through which I explained my answers, as well as pushed me to come up with additional insights after coming to an answer. His prep was instrumental in me landing the role and built up my confidence on interview day. I highly recommend working with Paul for case prep for anyone looking to work in management consulting, or if you are looking to update your resume to land a new role in any industry.

Hello, Darren gave us trainings in the beginning of the MiF which were great. Further Ive stayed in contact with Darren to this day (~3 years). He helped me immensely during the master program and there-after in the application process and helping me find my career trajectory. He is also still in contact with current IE students and continues to help them which I know as he'll put them in contact with me if there's anything where I can help them.
