I am a certified coach (CPCC, APC), technical leader, and people-oriented team builder recognized for my ability to inspire individuals and teams to create business value while achieving excellence in both organizational and personal development. With more than twenty years of experience coaching individuals and cross-functional teams in large, fully integrated global organizations, I have built strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and colleagues, and successfully led teams across all levels. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals and giving back to my community through extensive mentoring and coaching. By leveraging my corporate and personal experiences, I provide support to those within the organizations I partner with, actively participate in the recovery community, and dedicate my time to various youth programs. I embarked on my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) journey at the renowned Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), widely regarded for its rigorous coach training and certification. CTI was one of the first programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been recognized by Harvard Medical School’s affiliate, The Institute of Coaching, as offering “a gold standard of coach training.” Through this program, I acquired transformative tools to help you cultivate self-awareness, dismantle limiting beliefs, unlock potential, and elevate your leadership presence. As a proud ACC member of the ICF, I am passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their personal and professional lives, guiding them to uncover their authentic selves and successfully navigate life and career transitions and transformations.
