I’ve known Jose for years, and it’s honestly hard to put into words how helpful and insightful he is. If you are looking for somebody that can get you into MBB, look no further. I have been prepping for a while now, but Sebastian’s coaching has by far been the most insightful, structured and helpful. Given the fact that he has been an interviewer himself, he knows exactly what Consultancies are looking for in a candidate and what they will ask and expect from a good candidate. Through his coaching, I was able to excel both in the personal fit and in the case part of the interview, ultimately helping me to secure full-time offers. For the personal fit part, Sebastian helped me to craft a consistent narrative around my profile that withstood all detailed questions from the interviewers and made me stand out from the pack. For the case part, Sebastian tailored his approach and case style to the companies that I was interviewing with and provided hands-on, granular feedback.
