When I started working with Alex, I was at a low point in my casing journey. This was my third time recruiting for an MBB firm and my second attempt at McKinsey after failed Super Days during my MBA program. I had already worked with two different MBB professionals-turned-coaches, but their conflicting styles and guidance left me more confused and ultimately shattered my confidence. Structuring: Give yourself freedom with drivers as long as you cover the entire problem with broad strokes. 2. Charts: Push deeper for insights that connect back to the problem or advance the hypothesis. Equally important, Alex worked with me to refine my PEI stories until I felt fully confident walking into that half of the process. Thanks to Alex's help with my PEI's, I really felt that I was starting at 50% rather than 0. A great coach’s value isn’t just in knowing the mechanics—plenty can do that. The best coaches help you recognize how you’re getting in your own way, then provide the tools and mindset shifts to break through. That’s exactly what Alex did for me. Thanks to him, I was able to correct a lot of bad habits, stop second-guessing myself, and regain confidence in myself.

I reached out to Ty for help when I was completely lost in the application process. I could not have made a better choice! He has a deep understanding the process. He helped me frame my experiences in a way that really stood out. He was also very timely, which was amazing because I was trying to get my everything in as quickly as possible. It's frustrating waiting on people when there is a deadline, but that never happened with Ty. He is a pro!
