With zero consulting interview experience, I reached out to Ayda in preparation for the full-time MBB process. She went above and beyond not only giving me direct feedback on casing and behaviorals, but also putting together a daily plan for me to get ready for my first, second, and final round interviews. With her guidance, advice, and responsiveness to my messages between sessions and interviews, I landed an offer at my top choice firm and office. I highly recommend working with Ayda to any prospective consulting applicants -- her willingness to really invest in your process and ensure that you are well-positioned to be successful in your interviews is unmatched!

I was window-shopping on Leland, questioning if my expiring GMAT would ever see an adcom's desk, when I came across Ben. Having been one of Ben's most enthusiastic LinkedIn stalkers for years prior, I was finally emboldened to message him. Meeting Ben affirmed why I myself had aspired to attend GSB: students and alumni who are n-of-1. Ben writes a fantastic publication called "Staying Human", and that's how he makes you feel during this process: unique, real, grounded... human. Ben cares deeply about authenticity and truth-seeking—it's evident in all contexts. Here, that looks like a commitment to know you, to shape your application representatively; this made me personally invest in telling my own story correctly. Ben takes great pride in this work. His response to my acceptance made my own parents' look apathetic. He knows where to shine light, where to push harder, where the extra hours change decisions. Ben is not only a masterful writer—I'd trust him with my wedding vows, my wikipedia page, or my eulogy—but a partner to help stomach self-provoking a trial by committee. He's a rare personality in that he is both exceedingly brilliant and humble, which disarms while encouraging excellence. I admire Ben tremendously, and could not recommend working with him more highly. Ben, this has been such a rewarding (and fun) process because of you! This outcome and our friendship is proof: sometimes, it IS good to meet your (LinkedIn) heros.

Alex helped me craft a resume that got me into several M7 schools. His attention to detail and genuine care was unmatched. I worked with several coaches who couldn't get my resume where I needed it to be but Alex did. He also has offered me so much more help beyond I feel genuinely lucky to have worked with Alex. Seriously, look no further!

If you are looking for a sign to work with Alex here it is. I've worked with a handful of coaches for interview prep and I can undoubtedly say that Alex stood out as the most helpful and constructive. Alex was honest and tough on me from the start but had the most compassion and genuine care to help me shine in my interviews. If you are a veteran or simply anyone who is in need of a stellar coach, look no further you're in great hands with Alex. I could not have gotten into GSB without Alex's help!

I worked with M on my Tuck application under an incredibly compressed timeline, and I can confidently say this is the strongest application I've ever submitted. As an international student, I understand the weight of this investment, and M is the best partner anyone can ask for through this infamously demanding process. Having been disappointed by other consultants, I reached out to M to focus on a through-line for my application and fell in love with her unique identity mapping framework. It's rigorous, intensive, and at times challenging, but it gets you to a through-line you wouldn't reach on your own. Through this process, M helped me understand and articulate my story in a way that felt authentic and compelling. M goes above and beyond. She worked through an intense time crunch with me, working through two weekends and even thanksgiving, providing not just line edits but genuine strategic insights. She's a maverick writer who can take your ideas and elevate them while keeping your voice intact. She shows up - not just with her time, but with her full attention. Beyond the application, M's interview preparation was instrumental in helping me show up with confidence during the real deal. She helped me structure my responses and provided exceptional resources, from Padlet boards to custom ChatGPT prompts, that helped me prepare effectively and communicate my stories clearly. Her mock interview sessions were incredibly valuable in not only helping me refine my delivery but also calming my nerves. M is generous with her knowledge, honest in her feedback, and deeply invested in your success. If you're serious about your MBA applications and want a coach who will help you produce your best work, M is the partner you need. Ultimately, I couldn't have done this without her!

Where to start? Andy not only helps you with your application process but he makes you believe in yourself in the process. I had applied the year prior to meeting Andy and had been rejected almost everywhere. I felt lost, had lost some hope, but decided to meet Andy and see if it was worth going for it again. Through our conversation, our "Therapy session", and structure we were able to fine tune my stories and create a powerful message that could help me this time around. I was worried about my GRE score (326) but he showed me and made me see that my story and experiences were the biggest thing in my life. Today, I want to almost cry in tears of happiness that my process is over and have been accepted to Stanford GSB!!! Andy you have an amazing personality, heart, and are an incredible counselor. Thank you!!!
