I worked with Tim on my overall application strategy, essays, and resume for three Round 2 MBA applications. Going in, I was pretty concerned about my candidacy (particularly my low GRE score), but Tim helped me craft a narrative that felt both compelling and authentic. He also guided me on how to address my GRE and other potential gaps in a thoughtful, strategic way. We spent a lot of time early on refining my story, and he was an incredible sounding board throughout the process. He consistently provided constructive, honest, and actionable feedback, which made a huge difference. He’s also extremely knowledgeable about the admissions process and was always quick to answer any questions that came up. I worked with Jan in my early days of case and behavioural prep - he helped to level up my casing significantly and deepen my sector-specific knowledge over several months. Jan ran a mix of real/adapted and mock cases with a detailed evaluation rubric that helped me identify and work on my weaknesses.
