I met Ben at the earliest stages of my career. He had a very unique story as to how he arrived to our team. He had to make a decision that went against the grain and against the culture of our force. It would have been very easy for him to pick the easy road and not ruffle any feathers, but he chose the unpopular decision, the right decision for him - but costed him a lateral move career-wise. It is easy to stand one's ground against an adversary, but extremely difficult to stand one's ground against those we are supposed to trust but have fallen short. If you have tough decisions ahead, Ben is a rare gem that will help you navigate to a decision that is best for you in the long run and leave you standing taller than you were before.

Savannah is a thoughtful and kind coach and mentor. In our time at Cicero and LSE, she has given me extra advice, coaching, and mentorship on everything from resumes and cover letters to professionalism and project management. Beyond the practical, Savannah has taken the time to get to know me and help me consider the career and education moves that are in my best interest. Her care for individual and her professional experiences make her an exceptional coach.

TK is detail oriented and gives specific feedback. His relaxed approach while driving the point in the simplest way possible makes it easy to relate to him. His biggest strength is that he not only listens attentively, but he hears even what’s not said!

Darius is a phenomenal mentor and supported me throughout the time period we were both at Santa Clara. He offers amazing advice and demonstrates a deep care and sense of support for each one of his mentees. Ahead of my investment banking summer internship, I took one of Darius' courses to help prepare me for the role, and he did an amazing job preparing me for how I was to approach the internship.
