I've had several executive coaches in my career, and Dave is exceptional. He maintains a 40,000 ft view of the situation as an objective observer who will pose targeted questions to widen your own aperture, while also engaging in empathetic listening and making you feel heard. He has a Socratic style, and uses it to guide you to cover terrain you may not have on your own when thinking through a situation or decision. I appreciate that he has corporate experience and understands from the perspective of a past operator, not just a coach. His coaching both validates and pushes you, and has allowed me to stand more confidently behind my perspective and decisions.

As a product manager, Russell has a great sense for the essential. His communication style is warm and insightful. I'd highly recommend him.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Casey since our time at the United States Naval Academy. From the beginning, his unwavering character and drive stood out to me. As a Division I wrestler and later a Navy SEAL Casey always had an exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and connect with people. For three years, I've worked in various roles under Casey's leadership. He has a unique ability to quickly learn a discipline, become more competent than you at said discipline...but then give you all the credit for his development and learning. He'll then take his knowledge and empower you to go forth and do great things, while supervising from afar. When you make a mistake, he'll wonder how he could have communicated his intent better. When you hit a home run, he'll give you 100 percent of the credit. He's a selfless leader. I think he has a lot of wisdom to share with others.

Garrett has been mind-blowing to work with. I would go into sessions thinking there was no way around my problem that I was willing to do or had the money to do; by the end of the session, I would clearly understand what I needed to do to continue making progress. I never thought I would be a person to work with an Executive Coach, but now I can only see life with my Coach. I recommend working with Garrett 10 out of 10.

You will not find a man of more extraordinary character, discipline and virtue than Casey. Period. In my 44 years of life, he remains the beacon of the type of person I hope to always be surrounded by, to learn from, and to hold me accountable to the best version of myself. Casey and I spent 4 years of training, deploying and working together. During most of those 4 years, we were together every day and during some periods on deployment , we lived together. I was fortunate to witness Casey’s character in the highs and lows of life. “Character is who we are in the dark.” Casey’s dedication to excellence is as solid in life’s unseen, dark moments as it is in any public facing work. He is stable in emotion, relentless in his dedication to being prepared and disciplined but most importantly, uncompromising in the expectations he has for both himself and those around him. He made me a better man, a better Navy SEAL and a better leader. Casey has the gift of being honest—with himself and with his teammates—even when it’s unpopular. In today’s world, I cannot think of a more qualified coach who understands that the threads of success cannot be compartmented between personal life and work. I can assure you that if you have the chance to work with or learn from Casey, you’ll leave a better version of yourself. And, it will require you to do then hard work of honest introspection he will illuminate on your path.

Greg has the magic touch: Admitted to HBS, Wharton, and Sloan White male, military, high GMAT and GPA. I thought I knew what it took to write a good essay, and then I met Greg. His thorough review of my essays and our conversations allowed me to build clear narratives and maximize the value of all of my experiences. Working with him truly 'leveled-up' every aspect of my application. As a result, I went 3/3 for interviews and acceptance at all the schools I applied, and will attend HBS. This would not have been possible without Greg. For those of you skeptical about working with consultants (I know I was at first), Greg is worth every penny.
