About Stephanie
I get to help powerful people remember how powerful they are. That is why I coach leaders. I have over 20 years of experience as a leadership coach; I have used coaching as a talent development tool with my corporate teams in addition, I’ve created and implemented an internal coaching program for leaders and also with my company LiveWire Coaching and Consulting –I have coached and mentored executives and business leaders in the public and private sectors, providing executive coaching, leadership training, and career advancement tools and strategies. I use DISC as one of my awareness tools along with other leadership resources I have found helpful. One of the unique tools I use with my clients is the personal marketing plan to help them understand their personal brand and executive presence as they are made aware that part of their career advancement is dependent on their ability to market themselves. I have found this strategy is especially empowering if I have a client who is a rising leader and more on the introverted. Having held diverse roles in senior leadership with varying degrees of responsibility, various corporate cultures, during varying economic climates and also the having managed diverse global teams. I also relate to career advancement and integrating other life priorities. My experience equips me to be able to enhance and enrich the coaching experience by providing insights where relevant.
Why do I coach?
Having a coach was a pivotal part in my career progression, helping me achieve and succeed in leadership roles across multiple industries, and I am passionate about empowering rising leaders like you achieve your personal and professional goals. One of the milestone marks in my coaching was deciding to move into my first leadership position. This was moving from peer to boss. Learning leadership skills and being able to develop them with my coach gave me awareness and insight that I would not have had without a coach. Having a mentor was also helpful when deciding which career path and background. It is helpful to have someone who can see what you can't see. That is another huge benefit of being coached. I coach leaders because I know that I can create a ripple effect that allows them to expand their reach and have more success personally and with their teams.
