Tricia is a compassionate and resourceful coach. She has a lovely way of empathizing with your situation and helping you strategize your options all the while feeling supported on your way forward. I have worked with Tricia on many types of work challenges over my multiple years working with her -- in all instances, she shows great agility to be fully focused on whatever topic I bring. I highly recommend her for coaching.
