I contacted Erik after I thought I had finalized my essays and resume for five MBA schools. Despite my tight timeline, Erik was incredibly accommodating and helped me meet all my deadlines. Even though I thought my drafts were finished, he guided me through a deeper review process. He was quick to respond to all my messages and questions, always providing thoughtful, supportive, and exceptional feedback. After receiving interview invitations, he assisted with preparation and even sent sample questions. I first started working with Arielle over the Thanksgiving holiday. I reached out to her on a Wednesday and she was able to meet with me on Friday after Thanksgiving. She was one of the only tutors to make herself available during this time when I had a tight turnaround for an interview. Not only was Arielle very knowledgeable and well-prepared to help me through the interview process, but she was also very nice to talk to and was always able to pivot and be flexible for what made the most sense to me. She was helpful during sessions, but also made herself available through text whenever I had questions. Working with Arielle definitely helped me get over the hump and was one of the big reasons that I was able to secure a job at my top firm. My experience was overwhelmingly positive and I would definitely recommend Arielle to anyone looking!

I worked with Karthik for about two months leading up to my consulting interviews and can’t stress enough how helpful our sessions were in my preparation process.  There are two primary aspects of Karthik’s coaching that make him exceptional at what he does.  First, the tangible: he has deep expertise in case interviews and his background speaks for itself. He knows both the art and the science behind a successful case, and can quickly identify his clients' strengths and weaknesses, allowing him to provide effective feedback.  Second, the intangible: Karthik meets his clients where they are in terms of skills and knowledge, and he truly cares about their success.  After our first few cases together, Karthik had crystalized a hypothesis about where my strengths lied and what areas I’d need to work extra hard to improve.  He then formulated a game plan with me and helped me strengthen my weak points while fine tuning the areas in which I excelled.  He selected practice cases that helped me hone my skills and provided thoughtful and detailed feedback after each case. He also set aside time for some skills-based sessions (e.g., an hour spent purely on frameworks or behavioral prep). Finally, Karthik is extremely professional but also approachable, and always comes prepared and excited to work together.  I cannot recommend Karthik enough for anyone who is looking for coaching - you will not regret it.

Max has been an amazing mentor throughout this whole process. He always pushed me to go deep into every domain and consistently quizzed me to ensure my fundamentals were solid. Additionally, Max is one of the best coaches I've had the chance to work with - helping me prep for behavioral interviews and always being straight-up honest about where I needed to improve. I'm confident that anyone who works with Max has a great shot at breaking into investment banking, especially since I came from a non-finance background and still received offers from top bulge brackets.

I came across the Fulbright Study Abroad Engagement Grant (SAEG) a few days before the due date. Having never written a grant-focused essay, I knew I needed a guidance on how to situate my story in ways that spoke to the particular Fullbright mission and internship in question. Michael responded quickly, offering his time in the short timeframe I had to work with. He always made himself available for an informal chat and guided my focus towards BOTH my essay storyline and organizational structure. Really happy with the result! For those looking to put together grant essays, Michael is a phenomenal resource. Edit: Thanks to Michael, I ended up being offered a Fulbright SAEG to pursue a venture capital internship in Italy.
