I can wholeheartedly vouch for Charity as an excellent coach! She has been instrumental in my early career growth. Under her leadership, the leadership development program at my company was a well-run machine. I was truly impressed by how structured yet flexible the program is; it creates a pathway for early careers but still remain flexible so that new opportunities that arise during the program can be taken. What sets her apart is her ability to coach young employees and experienced leaders, in a variety of topics. Charity’s passion and sincerity is seen through out and it allows her to create meaningful connections with individual contributors, managers, and leaders alike. I was impressed by her knowledge in emotional intelligence which she applies in her work and shares through her training programs. I am glad that I had met Charity and learnt so much from her.
