Avi is singular in his experience as a counsellor. My biggest regret this application season was not taking his comprehensive package as I was too late in my decision making and his roster was full. I say this for 3 reasons. 1) He is extremely dedicated to help you and your voice shine. His edits and reviews will make you feel seen and instill confidence in your story. I have had experiences with other counsellors who will promise the same "YOUR story, YOUR unique background" but not only are their edits and reviews vague and inactionable, they simply do not hold a candle to Avi's skill. 2) He genuinely cares about helping you. I sent him my essays 2-3 days before each deadline. Not only was this very late, but he was also supporting his own full-time clients. He came through and how! Timely communication, telling me exactly how he is going to help me and what would be required from my end. This means that he is truly extraordinary at managing your emotions and giving you helpful advice through a process that can instil self-doubt. 3) He has deep knowledge on each school that he picks to work with you on. He could turn around my CBS, GSB and Sloan essays in no time and nailed the head on what they wanted to hear, incorporating your own POV. I will reiterate, I have worked with and spoken to many counsellors, which makes me qualified to say that Avi is simply the best in the business. Reflecting as this application season comes to a close, I could have done many things differently and maybe I won't get in, maybe I will. But the only thing I am confident in is my essays. They present the best, most authentic version of myself - only because of Avi.

Matt was extremely professional and quick to responding/reviewing. He was always willing to make edits and allow me to work through my story while refining them. If you're looking for someone to respond quickly, especially around deadlines, Matt's your guy. Got into CBS, awaiting a few other schools, thanks to Matt!

Caitlin was incredible to work with! We focused mostly on my Kellogg essays and two other schools, and her attention to detail was truly unmatched. She really took the time to understand my background and helped me shape my story in a way that felt authentic and strong. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone applying to MBA programs1

Working with Antoine is like a dream. His knowledge of Stanford and their selection process is extensive and unparalleled. Moreover, Antoine was extremely supportive and understanding when I faced setbacks or busy periods during the application process. If I was unsure what to do next, Antoine was always eager to jump on a call and coach me back on track. Thank you so much Antoine, I hope to meet you in the bay area very soon! :)

My experience with Matt has been phenomenal and I can't recommend him enough to others taking on the daunting MBA application process. At the beginning, I was unsure of the stories I would tell in my essays and what my "why an MBA?" narrative would be. Fast forward to now, and I couldn't be happier with the ~13 essays Matt helped me craft. He has a natural talent for writing that proved invaluable as we worked through my essays together. His insight and expertise really brought them to life, and the final products were leaps and bounds better than anything I could have put together on my own. Having Matt on your team will bring an immense amount of peace of mind and confidence. Matt is especially outstanding for veterans. We often struggle to figure out our personal brand and push past the imposter syndrome that comes from underestimating what we accomplished in uniform. Matt's ability to pull out those experiences and frame them in a way that will resonate with the adcoms is second to none. If you're a vet - look no further. Matt is the coach you want!

Her support gave me the confidence to apply with greater conviction. She was an amazing thought partner and a strong advocate for me throughout the process. I couldn't recommend her enough!! I am a transitioning veteran from the Army, and I was advised that getting an MBA consultant would be the best course of action for someone who was worried about their test scores/GPA and had to manage competing priorities at work on top of applications…which I was. Leland is the gold standard as far as consulting agencies go and Claudia is no exception to that rule. She will provide you with expert advice matched with candid feedback where it is needed. As veterans we often have difficulty translating our service; all the more reason to hire someone who is not affiliated with the military. She is able to take the most important aspects of your career and highlight them in a way that admissions committees value. Claudia and I worked together for months to tailor my application to Duke School of Business (Fuqua), and I am happy to say I was accepted in Round One. Claudia has a deep connection with Fuqua from her time as an Admissions Fellow and she knows what the Admissions Committee values in an applicant. In addition to the valuable consultation, Claudia is there for you. She is in your corner and supports you every step of the way. Every time I had GRE/GMAT/EA, Claudia was one of the first “good luck” texts I received that day. She is invested in you and wants you to be successful. If I could recommend anyone to a person going through military to MBA transition, it would be Claudia.

Being matched with Tim is the greatest gift I could have hoped for. Tim is so inquisitive, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. From the first moment we spoke on our intro call, I knew that Tim understood my goals and was already thinking about how best to help me strategize for my success. I'll never forget this; after being matched with several coaches, I felt that some of them did not fully believe in me as a candidate for the goals I had. When I first spoke to Tim, it was immediately apparent that he believed in me and my potential and knew how to help me unlock it. That gave me the full confidence to choose him as my coach, which was the best decision I could have made. Working with Tim, I gained first-round admission to Tuck, my dream school. I give Tim my strongest recommendation and endorsement as a coach. You will not regret working with Tim!
