I think Jessica's main strength is that her flexibility. From someone who's trying to decide the next step of their career, I think it is difficult to gauge what you specifically need to work on - whether figuring out your long term goals or developing basic soft skills or figuring out resources to leverage toward that end. To this end, Jessica's main approach is great in narrowing down exactly what you need and proceeding from there, which is great value for your time and money
