Great experience

Siddhi's guidance through the university application process was, honestly, a breath of fresh air. Coming from India, the pressure to apply to the big, prestigious universities was immense. Everyone was aiming for the same handful of "name brand" institutions. I was caught up in that mindset too, initially. But Siddhi really pushed me to think differently. She introduced me to the idea of smaller, liberal arts colleges, which I hadn't even considered before. She explained the benefits of a more intimate learning environment and the focus on undergraduate education, something that was quite different from the large universities I was used to hearing about. But what was truly invaluable was Siddhi's emphasis on the "why" of university. She helped me see it as more than just a stepping stone to a career. She framed it as a unique opportunity to explore my intellectual interests, to learn for the sheer joy of it. It sounds a bit idealistic, I know, but it was exactly what I needed to hear. Siddhi helped me figure out why I was making any decisions. She guided me through the process of self-reflection, helping me identify my academic passions and what kind of learning environment would best suit me. She encouraged me to research different institutions, not just based on their rankings, but on their specific programs, their faculty, and their overall ethos. Thanks to Siddhi, I applied to a range of universities that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. And, more importantly, I approached my applications with a newfound sense of purpose. I wrote about my genuine intellectual curiosity and why I felt a particular university would be a good fit for me, not just the other way around. I was accepted to a fantastic liberal arts college where I know I'll thrive. It's not the biggest name, but it's the perfect place for me to pursue my academic passions. I'm incredibly grateful to Siddhi for helping me see university not just as a destination, but as an opportunity for intellectual exploration.

Luke is an outstanding mentor and coach. His background in medicine made him the perfect candidate to help me with my pre-graduate requirements for PT School.

Dr. Montgomery is literally why I am in PA school today. He took the time to sit down with me and mentor me through the process of MD vs PA with a very systematic approach, giving me the space to decide which path was right for me personally with no hidden agenda. He didn’t have any direct reason to do this, but for some reason I knew he was exactly who I needed to talk with. He then helped provide me with all of the resources I needed to get all of the requirements for the application process. He helped me decide my route in medicine, then helped edit my personal statement, give me connections to people who could help me fill the application requirements, and encourage me all along the way. Seeing him teach other future healthcare professionals has been a full circle experience. He clearly has a passion to not only help people find their correct path, but follow them through the process to provide any support needed! I have nothing but great things to say about him!

As someone who was in the same consulting recruiting cycle as Micah, I would wholeheartedly recommend him to others. I think I became comfortable in my casing abilities by having several mock interview sessions with Micah where he gave constructive feedback and ways I could improve. What stands out to me about Micah is the amount of flexibility he has in the sense that he is always available in terms of time and he is willing to help someone focus on a very specific skill involved in the recruiting process. Since he’s done it for me, I know he can help others at an excellent standard.
