Working with Angela was the best decision I made during my grad application journey. As a first-gen college student, I didn't have anyone in my family who could help me navigate the application process, but working with Angela made it so much less daunting. She's an extremely effective editor, she's super detail-oriented, and she knew exactly which questions to ask to draw out the strongest aspects of my story and which details to emphasize to help grow the seeds of my ideas into a fully fleshed-out application. She went above and beyond for me, always giving super thoughtful commentary and edits and being extremely generous with her time through draft after draft of my essays. I can't even think about how my SOP would have turned out without Angela's guidance. I'm so grateful to have worked with her, and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Isha was the first person I turned to when I considered transferring out of Indiana University Bloomington to Columbia. She helped break down what the transfer process had been like for her when I knew absolutely nothing – my own counselor. She had given me the amazing advice to hone in on the type of school I wanted to transfer too, whether it be another business school or a liberal arts education. With that, she helped me create a schedule that was interdisciplinary enough to play transfer admissions either way, that I had enough credits to transfer to most types of programs. If I had not talked to Isha, I would have taken way too many classes in Kelley and not have had sufficient transferable credits to most schools. It really helps to have a mentor who has been in the exact same shoes as the mentees, and that is exactly what Isha brings! I am now super happy with my results and enjoying a multidisciplinary education in the liberal arts and sciences here at Columbia.

Donte is an exceptional coach and mentor who has had lasting impact on my personal and professional growth.
