Simran is very talented and gives feedback with a lot of clarity and thought. She readily answers any questions wrt admission processes at high stake environments like M7 and gives actionable feedback on profile reviews. She knows what works and what doesn’t and I think that clarity is her biggest differentiator among others.

Wes is dedicated to many things but coaching and mentoring are at the top. I know him through scouting. He volunteers as an assistant scoutmaster where he provides excellent mentorship to youth during critical developmental years.

He’s incredibly sharp and experienced, but what I really appreciate is how practical and grounded his advice is. He doesn’t just give big-picture ideas. He helps break things down into clear next steps that actually feel doable. He’s also great at asking the right questions. A lot of the time, he helped me see things I was missing and challenged my thinking in a really constructive way. I always left our conversations feeling more clear, more confident, and more motivated. On top of that, he’s genuinely supportive and easy to talk to, which made a big difference for me. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who is building a business or thinking seriously about entrepreneurship.
