After a 13-year career at Goldman Sachs, Google, and TikTok, I successfully transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship. Today, I am the CEO of Kimtan Labs, a profitable, 8-figure FMCG business. Why do I coach?

I spent 13 years in the enviable halls of Goldman Sachs, Google, and TikTok. I saw firsthand that some of the world’s most brilliant entrepreneurial minds are sitting behind corporate desks, paralyzed by the 'golden handcuffs' and the fear of the unknown. I coach because I’ve gone through the transition that most people find impossible. I know the specific anxiety of balancing a high-pressure leadership role with a growing side-business. My goal is to help high-performers stop trading their best years for a salary and start building their own equity. There is no greater professional satisfaction for me than seeing a coachee send their resignation letter because their own business has become too big to ignore.
