Working with Cynthia was truly transformative. She helped to bring my story to life in a way that went far beyond numbers. She was incredibly flexible: always making time for me, always attentive, and deeply invested in my success. No question was ever rushed; she took the time to walk through every detail and gave me a tremendous amount of confidence throughout the process. At the height of the admissions season, while balancing a demanding full-time job, I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire journey and I received an amazing acceptance to an Ivy League law school. Cynthia’s guidance helped me stay grounded, manage stress, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Her extensive experience as both an attorney and an admissions expert is evident in everything she does, but it’s her personal care and dedication that truly set her apart. She is one of a kind!

I worked with Cynthia on my law school applications in 2024. As a first-generation student with no legal connections, I really needed guidance. Cynthia helped me shape my story and kept my application clear and organized. She was always available and made me feel supported every step of the way. Her kindness and patience made it easy for me to share my worries and ask questions. Cynthia ensured that I completed every task on time and didn’t miss any details. By the end, my application was solid and complete. I felt much more confident about my career path and myself. I was accepted to about half the schools I applied to. I’m so grateful for Cynthia’s help and excited to see her start her own firm. I could not recommend her enough!

Working with Cynthia and her team was the best decision I could have made, and I can say with certainty that I would not have had the same success with my applications without their help. She guided me through the application process from start to finish and was able to provide valuable guidance for every step along the way. Her admissions experience especially shined in the essay portion of the applications- she knew how to bring out my best ideas and stories and, with the help of her team, translate them to paper. My admissions results were everything I could have hoped for and more, and I’m happy to say that I will be attending my dream school thanks to the guidance Cynthia and her team provided.

Charlotte helped me navigate a key career transition when I made the decision to switch from academic medicine to healthcare entrepreneurship. In addition to the tactical advice I originally sought out, she held a mirror up to what I was sharing with her about my current role and my hopes for the future in a way that allowed me to see more clearly what I was really trying to achieve with this pivot. Would highly recommend Charlotte as a coach to anyone moving into their next chapter - her ability to read people, get to the heart of something, and structure the information she is receiving from a client into a coherent artifact is unmatched.

I've known Charlotte for many years and in that time have sought her out as a coach for several professional transitions - in particular my decision to pursue residency in emergency medicine and later in academic practice. Charlotte has a rare gift for asking exactly the right question in exactly the right way, cutting through noise, dissolving barriers, and helping me see things with new clarity. Whether reframing a minor current challenge or guiding me through major career and life decisions, her insights have been consistently transformative. In ways both big and small, she's been an invaluable presence in my personal and professional growth.

Richard was a great teacher in helping my Pre-Calculus homework. I had lots of AMC prep problems to tackle and he explained each one with profound clarity. His unique way of approaching problems have helped me to solve AMC problems promptly without getting confused. Thanks a lot, Richard!

I am currently in SaaS sales and carefully considering next steps in my career, in particular if I want to pursue an AE role. I appreciated that Andrew gave me some pointers on things to consider to succeed in my current role as well as shaping the right narrative with regards to the impact that I'm making vs only being about metrics. I also appreciated that he shared some of his own personal experience in terms of pros and cons of being a working AE as well as that I felt like he opened my perspective about myself that I could definitely pursue this as an option if I wanted to. I will reach out to Andrew for any future interview coaching needs!

Cathryn Peirce is a probing, caring, and a very rational coach. She asks key questions, listens attentively, and follows up with the most insightful queries. Cathryn manages to be both firm and gentle, caring and clinical. I worked with her on the Wheel of Life exercise and Vision Boarding. She encouraged me to get in touch with the "wants" I was denying. I found her to be an amazing communicator, a wonderful sounding board and an inspiration with whom to work.
