Working with Cynthia was truly transformative. She helped to bring my story to life in a way that went far beyond numbers. She was incredibly flexible: always making time for me, always attentive, and deeply invested in my success. No question was ever rushed; she took the time to walk through every detail and gave me a tremendous amount of confidence throughout the process. At the height of the admissions season, while balancing a demanding full-time job, I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire journey and I received an amazing acceptance to an Ivy League law school. Cynthia’s guidance helped me stay grounded, manage stress, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Richard was a great teacher in helping my Pre-Calculus homework. I had lots of AMC prep problems to tackle and he explained each one with profound clarity. His unique way of approaching problems have helped me to solve AMC problems promptly without getting confused. Thanks a lot, Richard!

I am currently in SaaS sales and carefully considering next steps in my career, in particular if I want to pursue an AE role. I appreciated that Andrew gave me some pointers on things to consider to succeed in my current role as well as shaping the right narrative with regards to the impact that I'm making vs only being about metrics. I also appreciated that he shared some of his own personal experience in terms of pros and cons of being a working AE as well as that I felt like he opened my perspective about myself that I could definitely pursue this as an option if I wanted to. Cathryn Peirce is a probing, caring, and a very rational coach.  She asks key questions, listens attentively, and follows up with the most insightful queries. Cathryn manages to be both firm and gentle, caring and clinical.  I worked with her on the Wheel of Life exercise and Vision Boarding.  She encouraged me to get in touch with the "wants" I was denying.  I found her to be an amazing communicator, a wonderful sounding board and an inspiration with whom to work.

Attended Amy's webinar and her Dream.Plan.Do.Live framework provided a clear framework for approaching job searches more intentionally. Worth the time for anyone looking to structure their job search.
