I'm a first time founder, and I have my hands full juggling strategic initiatives with day-to-day management. As my executive coach, Bryce serves as a valuable sounding board. His emphasis on prioritization and time management improved my productivity almost immediately. One of our most important conversations started with him asking, "What are your biggest risks to success?" I spent time identifying each one, while he pushed me to recite or construct ways that I'm addressing each risk. We've carried this discussion into future sessions as Bryce helps me use my calendar as a strategic tool. (Activities that address existential risks obviously should rate higher on my priority list.) On the team front, Bryce's own startup experience is extremely valuable. His advice for recruiting co-founders, advisors, and early hires comes from his own hard-learned lessons. He also has an extensive professional network, which has opened doors to several potential advisors, investors, and corporate partners. Bryce is friendly and personable, but he holds me accountable for the goals that we set (fundraising, product, hiring).
