Peaky is one of the best 'hybrid' coaches you'll meet. He really helps identify what gets you motivated in life, and really indexes in on making sure that those motivations help guide your career choices. I have personally benefitted from Peaky helping me grow into a manager and lead in product management - instead of me following the typical management path, he helped me understand that I love being a 'player coach', and made me feel much more confident in constructing/scaling PM orgs based on my own personality quirks and style of work.
