Ben is an incredible leader and a natural coach. I had the utmost pleasure of working with him this past year where he onboarded me and was my direct manager. Ben has a knack of executive level communication skills where he can communicate his exact desired outcomes and can help navigate the course of how to reach one’s goals. Ben has a superpower of being able to create cohesive teams and collaborate with adjacent departments, working towards a similar goal in the most optimal way. Great coach for anyone wanting to break into management consulting - Becky has extensive experience working with all of the top MBB/B4/Tier 2 firms, and it was so helpful to understand the nuances of the recruiting process and lingo that each firm uses.
