Oca’s drive & structured way of thinking has been an inspiration for my career journey post-undergrad and even more so when I recently reached out to consult about her MBA journey. Over the course of 11 years, I spent many hours with Casey discussing goals, options and the path to successfully pursue a fulfilling career in consulting. I was able to navigate through 8 years of a small business expanding from 20 people to over 150, playing critical roles in its growth which led to other opportunities in the Department of Defense contracting world. Casey provided sound practical advice and the confidence to help me negotiate higher salaries given my experience and skill set with every change along the way. He has a strong understanding of organizational behavior and his own experience with the diverse workforce across various industries gives him a keen perspective on navigating through the higher echelons of any business. I was connected with Taylor through Service2School as I began applying to law schools, and I cannot imagine where I would be without them at this point. Before starting, the application process felt like a monster I was unequipped to take on; however, Taylor has made everything feel so much lighter on my plate. They have helped me hone in on what my best qualities are and how to display them in line with Admissions Offices' interests -- all while keeping me feeling, well, like me! Briana is a fantastic mentor with vast business knowledge. She has provided me with consistent support in technical knowledge (i.e Microsoft tools, business writing, etc), navigating the corporate environment, and how to network effectively.
