(Stage: Growth) About the role: - Responsible for the Growth Strategy of the Home Services Vertical, working with 8 multi-divisional team members to increase the number of transacting users, and retention rate, while boosting the customer lifetime value. Managed to propel a positive net revenue growth rate every month, turned around the trajectory of returning users within 1 month, and increased the unit economics by 5-10%. - Establishing a new business segment, an on-demand Service Marketplace, to provide the most comprehensive high-quality home and lifestyle-related home services. Responsible for E2E business processes, creation of business model and growth strategies, curation of strategic partners, and execution. Managing 16 multidivisional team members, partnering with 6 top brands in Indonesia, attracting 15-20% of the total platform active users every month. - Awarded as the Best Mastermind, representing the home services business unit at the annual strategic planning event of 2024, Pinhome Masterpiece Part I (Dec 2023)
