I have had the pleasure of working with Salima on a daily basis during my role as the identity partnerships lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Salima’s listening skills are unparalleled. I can imagine that a person wishing to further their careers or deal with a demanding situation would benefit greatly by working with her. Many people have the intellectual horsepower but lack organizational agility or the ability to deal with ambiguity, two necessary skills for the corporate world. Salima has both of those abilities, and would know how to coach people around them, as well as provide caring, truly empathetic responses and guidance. Having a coach, a person dedicated to a client’s success is beneficial, and can provide peace of mind. I have worked with Tricia on many types of work challenges over my multiple years working with her -- in all instances, she shows great agility to be fully focused on whatever topic I bring.
