I've had a pleasure of working with Ute recently and truly enjoed the experience. Ute is very insightful and balanced coach. Her main focus are individual's goals and priorities. Sessions with Ute are all about you and what you want to gain out of the experience. She listens to concerns, asks probing questions that allow for thoughtful discussion and change in behavior (if such is needed). There is no judgement or biases on her part. It's truly about needs and wants of the coachee. This was my first Coaching experience and I truly found it meaningful.
