About Gary
I've been proving career coaching/mentor since 2020. I have experience helping students, early careers, and professionals for all aspects of the job search including networking strategy, job search strategy, resume edits, LinkedIn edits, etc... Most of the people I've helped secured an offer within 2 weeks to 3 months maximum.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I used to be in your shoes. I was very qualified for a lot of the jobs, but somehow I kept getting rejected. From making sure I have the right projects on my resume, to knowing how to prepare for interviews, I figured out how to navigate the job search. I will work with you 1:1 to create a plan that will work for you.

I wa a NASA Lucy Scholar for about a year where we learned how to create mission proposals. I was on a team of 12 engineers, and we conducted research and proposed two potential missions to NASA. The first one is called Lunar Road Construction Robot (LRCR), which would be a fully autonomous GPS-controlled robot that would scan the lunar surface for destructive rocks and debris to plow and smooth the moon's surface to create easier road access for smaller robots. The second proposal we wrote was called Lunar Orbiting Cold-Trap Ice Surveyal Transpolar Mapping Mission (LOCIST-M2), which is to identify the abundance of water ice in the top 1 meter of regolith at approximately +/-1% accuracy.
