Coaching is a highly effective tool to enhance individual well-being and improve relationships and business performance. My coaching focus is based on well-being, resilience and strength-based leadership researched by George Mason University, Center for the Advancement of Well-Being, VA, USA. I provide consulting services on the subject of the German Anti-Discrimination Law (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgestzt) and the implementation of complaint management systems for medium-sized and large companies.

Reviewed and assessed complaints and allegations against World Bank staff organization-wide; conducted interviews of staff members and other involved parties; analyzed documentary and electronic evidence.
