From the start of our coaching sessions, Jamie asked really thoughtful questions that provided immediate insights. She has a way of challenging my assumptions, that helped me realize the limiting beliefs I had set on myself. By building more awareness of my current beliefs/behaviors, it was much easier to address and improve them. Over time, I'm learning how to detect limiting beliefs on my own, which has led to even more insightful discussions about myself. Overall, I had a great experience being coached by Jamie, the exercises we created to supplement the coaching were really beneficial to many aspects of my life. I'd highly recommend her to others who may feel stuck in their current situations.

I can confidently vouch for Arlen - he is an incredibly smart, ambitious and kind person who goes above and beyond to help others. When I was going through my application process for the Schwarzman Scholars program I reached out to Arlen via LinkedIn, and even though we were complete strangers he was more than happy to video call and answer my questions about the program. He gave great advice and told me about his own experience in the program. I was amazed at how nice and easy-going Arlen was and very impressed by all of his accomplishments at such a young age. She's worked as a software engineer, a product manager, and chief data officer. I've had the front row seat working with her for the last 6 years.
