I can wholeheartedly vouch for Charity as an excellent coach! She has been instrumental in my early career growth. Under her leadership, the leadership development program at my company was a well-run machine. I was truly impressed by how structured yet flexible the program is; it creates a pathway for early careers but still remain flexible so that new opportunities that arise during the program can be taken. What sets her apart is her ability to coach young employees and experienced leaders, in a variety of topics. Even before becoming my manager at Stitch Fix, Mike was incredibly helpful and insightful for helping me as I was just starting to manage people.
