Randi’s former experience as an executive recruiter really helped me when I was transitioning out of a role due to tech layoffs. Given this sudden change in employment status, I was a bit stunned and confused. The coach provided by my firm merely asked open-ended questions, which stressed me out even more. When I consulted with Randi, I felt more at ease because she not only asked open-ended questions, but she asked the right ones for my situation. We managed to work together to make a list of the most immediate next steps and mindsets and actions id need to take to work toward longer term goals. Layoffs at middle age forces one to rethink one’s career sometimes, and Randi acted as a coach to help me reflect and rethink in a way that was unique and impactful for me.

Ryan was my onboarding “buddy” when I joined McKinsey and has been someone I can ask for advice or support ever since. He is an extremely kind and warm person, and is genuinely interested in helping me be successful. He’s always given me thoughtful, practical - One of the first things he ever said to me was a mini mantra I kept, and shared with my teams, for the next 5 years. I’d highly recommend him for any type of coaching, and especially if you’re interested in consulting.

Annie has helped me a ton throughout my college career. While applying to school she helped me brainstorm ideas to base my application essays on. She also helped me revise them, and thanks to her help I was accepted to my dream university. Throughout my time at college she has helped me to make informed decisions about which classes to take and when. I am currently in the process of applying for internships, and Annie has helped me with structuring my resume and describing my experiences. She is very easy to work with and offers great advice!
