Love love LOVE working with Jimmy!! When I first started coaching with him, I had no idea how much I needed coaching. But after just a few sessions, it became clear that I’d found someone who truly ‘gets it.’ Jimmy has this unique way of balancing empathy with accountability—he listens intently, then helps me dig deeper to uncover what I really want and need. Britton was the most important mentor I have had during my time at Uber so far.
