Rebecca was a huge help for me getting my career started around human centered design. Coming from a start-up background, I didn't have completely have the full rigor ready to go on day one. Rebecca really helped coach me through it all and helped me discover an unlock of how to apply start-up agility to large scale projects. She helped me learn how to communicate user-centered thinking to my clients to gather buy-in. She was instrumental in helping me navigate difficult team and client dynamics, which was a huge help shifting to larger scale companies and problems.

I have met Kevin through CodePath and it turned out that he is even proficient in Russian which is my native language! Kevin has great personality and leads as an example to all of us who is trying to break through tech. Kevin isnt type of person who provides just any kind kind of service/help, he cares about every mentee and tries to put himself into mentees in order to find the most suitable approach, which proves that he truly cares about everyone and wants everyone to succeed. He has provided several resume reviews for me and his feedback was extremely valuable. In addition to this, he has helped me with building my network (WHICH IS CRUCIAL FOR ME SINCE I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT). He himself has gone through hardships in tech and I think this is the type of person you can learn the best from, the one who has been through same experience. Because of Kevin's contribution to my success I was able to get to final rounds with companies like Microsoft and LinkedIn. For instance, a year ago I thought it's impossible, but Kevin helped me to make my goals happen!!!!
