Currently an MBA student at Harvard Business School, I previously spent 5 years at Deloitte Consulting developing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and emerging market governments. I also led target school recruiting at the Analyst and Consultant level and have joined Leland with the hopes of helping others break into management consulting.

With 400+ coaching hours under my belt, I've consistently coached folks who placed across the MBBs. As a non-traditional applicant who landed in BCG (and helped with BCG's recruiting), I know what it feels like to not know exactly where to start with the consulting prep process. During my 4 years at Bain, I was actively involved in the interview process for prospective candidates. I served as a formal Bain first round interviewer for two years, so I understand what MBB firms are looking for during interviews and how you will be assesses. I also let the Bain recruiting efforts at Notre Dame, including the process of reviewing applications and selecting candidates for the interview process. I have served as a case prep mentor for 20+ applicants, 70% of whom landed MBB offers; I met with them periodically to practice case interviews and provide constructive feedback so they can build the confidence and skills to succeed.
