I’ve held multiple senior leadership roles in the healthcare space, and I didn’t get there by following a playbook. Like many emerging leaders, I had to figure it out on my own. No mentor. Just a lot of trial by fire. I learned to observe, adapt, and make the key mindset shifts needed to go from doer to leader, often in environments where the rules changed overnight. What most people don’t tell you is that what made you great in your last role isn’t always what’s going to carry you forward. The skill set shifts. So does the way you influence, communicate, and drive results. With over 20 years of experience across law, energy, and education — and having worked with leaders in organizations including Google, Amazon, IBM, OECD, and Daimler — I specialize in helping emerging leaders build the ability to trust their judgment when the stakes are high. Many high performers step into leadership roles, assuming more skill or strategy will solve their challenges. But the real breakdown rarely comes from lack of knowledge. It happens under pressure — in difficult conversations, high-visibility decisions, or moments of scrutiny — where second-guessing, over-explaining, or overworking quietly take over. That’s where I work. Using principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Intelligence (mental fitness), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I help leaders strengthen steadiness under pressure, sharpen decision-making clarity, and step fully into authority without losing authenticity. The result is leadership that feels grounded, decisive, and sustainable, not reactive or performance-driven.

I bring more than 25 years of HR leadership, employee relations, labor relations, and talent experience across major organizations including Cognizant, Barclays, Merck, Honeywell, and Warner Music Group. Throughout my career, I have coached managers, advised senior leaders, supported leadership transitions, and helped professionals navigate complex workplace challenges including organizational change, performance issues, restructurings, communication gaps, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, inclusion, and high-stakes employee situations. My leadership coaching is grounded in real-world business experience. I help managers, emerging leaders, and senior professionals strengthen their communication, executive presence, decision-making, confidence, and ability to lead through change. As a Black woman who has led HR, employee relations, and labor relations work inside complex corporate environments, I also bring a grounded perspective on inclusive leadership, workplace equity, visibility, and the realities underrepresented professionals often navigate while advancing their careers. Because I have sat inside the rooms where talent, leadership, and workforce decisions are made, I help clients understand how they are being perceived, where they may be under-positioned, and how to lead with greater clarity, credibility, and impact.
