With over 25 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles at companies including Google, Grammarly and MTV Networks, I've spent much of my career partnering with and coaching leaders at all levels, from first-time managers to senior executives. I've seen firsthand the challenges leaders face, whether it's stepping into a new role, building confidence, navigating difficult conversations, managing change or developing their own leadership style. My coaching provides a supportive, practical space to work through those challenges, build greater self-awareness and develop the skills and confidence to lead effectively. Every engagement is tailored to the individual's goals, strengths and circumstances. Alongside my corporate experience, I hold a Master's in Human Resource Management, completed the Wharton CHRO Program and am a certified Executive Coach.
