Please join me for a free personal finance workshop intended to share with you the perspective on wealth that allowed me to walk away from my director of operations role at a promising startup. My broader goal as a coach is empower you to forge a life of purpose.
Here are my 6 specific learning objectives for this workshop:
1. See your own circumstances with more clarity
2. Define wealth for yourself, based on your own values
3. Set up a mechanism for keeping score of the right metrics for you
4. Begin to sketch a motivational vision for your future life
5. Take your next step
6. Find some peace in the process
In roughly 40 minutes, I will walk you through my take on wealth. I'll provide you with some specific metrics that empowered me through the get-out-of-debt phase and in the wealth-building phase. I'll be available for the last ~20 minutes for optional Q&A.
As part of the workshop, I'll give you access to a google spreadsheet/template. As part of the workshop, you'll copy the file and customize it to your specifics, as we work through several short activities. Please have your journal, or at least some paper and a pen handy for the Workshop. We'll be using that for some high-level personal reflection.
About me:
At heart, I'm a midwestern kid who's had the good fortune to study and work around the world. After receiving my PhD from Stanford in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, I've spent 15 years leading early-stage hardware startups.
