Confidence isn’t just a “nice to have” for women — it directly impacts how we advocate for ideas, pursue opportunities, and advance into leadership roles. During this session, you'll walk through practical ways to build confidence in real working environments.
What we’ll cover:
- What confidence actually is - and how to build more of it
- Identifying what drains your confidence (and how to manage it)
- Turning down self-doubt and increasing self-advocacy
- Taking calculated career risks with intention
This is not a lecture — it’s a casual, interactive conversation meant to spark ideas you can use immediately in your day-to-day work.
