This event is a safe and supportive group coaching experience designed to help recently laid-off professionals process the emotional impact of sudden job loss. Beyond compensation or title, many high performers are grieving the loss of identity, community, belonging, and the sense of momentum they spent years building. This workshop helps participants recognize these deeper layers of grief, normalize emotional reactions, and begin rebuilding a sense of internal grounding and self-worth.
Participants will:
• Understand the deeper psychological layers of layoffs beyond employment loss
• Recognize the “four invisible losses”
• Learn somatic grounding tools to reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm
• Begin separating self-worth from title or affiliation
• Gain a simple emotional reset framework for early-stage recovery
