In the past few years, I’ve helped over 100 students earn spots at the world’s most competitive universities — from the Ivy League to other top-tier schools — and secure millions in scholarships. My secret? Pairing insider admissions strategy with a storyteller’s touch, so your application isn’t just strong, it’s unforgettable. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter coaching. Every client gets a personalized game plan that transforms strengths into standout advantages, whether we’re crafting essays, building a bulletproof activity profile, or prepping for high-stakes interviews. If you want a coach who will push you, champion you, and make sure you walk into decision day confident you gave it everything — I’m your person.

About Zul
I’m Zul. I’ve built startups, gone through competitive admissions processes, and now work in Capital One’s Management Rotation Program across product, strategy, and operations. I’m also a deferred MBA admit to Harvard Business School. I didn’t take a straight path to any of this. I had to figure out how to navigate admissions and recruiting without a clear playbook, and how to explain my experiences when they didn’t fit neatly into a box. Over time, I learned how much outcomes depend on clarity, positioning, and confidence rather than just credentials. Today, I coach students and early career professionals who are trying to make sense of similar transitions. I help them get clear on their story, focus on what actually matters in admissions and recruiting, and approach the process with less stress and more direction.
Why do I coach?
For a long time, I felt like I was guessing what gatekeepers wanted. I did not grow up knowing how admissions or recruiting really worked, and I learned the hard way that being capable is not enough if you cannot explain your story clearly. The people who helped me most were not motivational speakers. They were honest, practical, and willing to say what mattered and what did not. That kind of guidance changed my trajectory. I coach because I see how many strong candidates lose opportunities simply because they do not know how to position themselves or because they are overthinking the process. Helping someone gain clarity, confidence, and a real plan, whether for deferred MBA programs or early career recruiting, is work I genuinely care about.
