About Yvo

With a career spanning multiple investment firms and over $15 billion in global investments in both the public and private arena, I have had the privilege of working across diverse markets and cultures from Italy to Thailand, from Brazil to the UK, from the US to Indonesia, from Chile to China. This truly global exposure, which is rare in the investment world, has deepened my understanding of how cultural nuances influence business and investment decisions, allowing me to navigate the complexities of international finance with a broader perspective. My entrepreneurial journey, leading teams and mentoring individuals have been some of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. I am deeply passionate about helping people grow, unlock their potential, and become the best version of themselves. Whether through leadership or coaching, I strive to empower others to honing their craft; to get clarity, build confidence, and achieve success in both their professional and personal lives. Why do I coach?

Some of the most valuable investments I've made in my life and career have been in myself—through various types of coaching, including career, financial, life, mental, and spiritual coaching. Instead of seeing coaching as an expense, I have to come to realise that good coaching as an investment that propels you toward your goals. The growth you gain from quality coaching can have a lasting, lifelong impact and create a paradigm shift in your career. Another reason is to come into contact with potential talent for some of the ventures that I am working on.
