Package Description:

Custom coaching with me limited to the number of hours you purchase. Avoid woking without direction for weeks. Do not wonder if you are going in the right direction. I guide you on how to started on your essays and what admissions look for. Great for MBA applicants who are on a limited budget or self-driven and have limited time to figure out how to get started. *Sample use of 3hrs: kickoff brainstorming&framing, 1-2 rounds of essay edits *Sample use of 10hrs on 2 applications: 2.5hr strategy call for first top program (plus my prep), 2.5hrs for 2-3 essay edit turns/drafts, 2hrs resume/app/letter of recommendation broad advice and some editing, 45min quick strategy for school 2, ~2hrs for 2-3 essay edit turns/drafts. Actionable work that we do together can include: -> Kickoff brainstorm and framing (typically 2hrs) - this is where I get to know YOU deeply: 1) Strengths and weaknesses analysis for your specific profile 2) Essay question breakdown/strategy based on expertise of what admissions look for 3) professional advice on formulating your goals tested against real market trends 4) impact of low GMAT/GPA lower ranked colleges 5) Winning school selection based on feedback from hundreds of alumni from every program 6) set a timeline/deadlines. A compressed effective strategy call can run from 1-2 hours. The more help needed, the longer it takes. Lightning round essay strategy sessions typically are not helpful for even the best writers because the same mistakes are multiplied across various essays, focusing on one at a time is best practice. ->Essay Edits (15-60min each): Via written feedback/edits, I suggest ways to improve your content, make it succinct, and highlight your personal qualities with strong storytelling to help you stand out. You get each essay iteration from me in ~2 days, same-day closer to deadlines. Each essay turn takes between 15-60min, longer upfront, and once 90% complete, it can be as quick as a 15min review. ->Resume and Online Application (30-45min each): Discuss pointers to write an "MBA" resume and complementary online application aiming for strong language reflecting leadership potential, and ensure it "sells" a consistent profile across your essay and other application materials. Feedback/editing. Resume turns can be from 15-60min each depending on the relevance of the language used for MBA admissions. ->Letters of Recommendation (LOR): Discuss recommender strategy, guidance on approaching the questions recommenders are asked and tips to manage this valuable part of your application. The call and review each typically take 15-30min depending on the number of schools. ->Interview prep: 1) Call to discuss the approach to preparing your answers/delivery using a long list of sample questions (you get those ahead of time) ~30-60min; 2) mock interview over video call using a past actual interview script + interview feedback session ~1 hour. ->Waitlist strategy if applicable: Share best practices of what and how often to communicate with admissions if waitlisted. I hope to inspire confidence by providing frank feedback and making recommendations as needed to form the best possible application. I have been in your shoes and can empathize with wanting to put your best foot forward and get it done. At no time should you feel like unneeded services are being pushed onto you, but the areas we cover are dependent on the amount of questions, "sticky" details we need to strategize, and your ability to execute on the feedback. Some candidates need more guidance/brainstorming and that is perfectly ok, just takes more coaching. Because it’s hard to predict how many hours an applicant may need without having worked with you, I can not predict if hourly is cheaper than the start-to-finish package. If we are not already working together, an hour CAN NOT be used toward HBS interview prep.

I help guide you tapping my over 11 years of experience to cover as much as possible and asking at each turn if you want to get more detailed in any area. Ultimately you drive the engagement by asking for what you need. We set goals for what you wish to cover, hop on a strategy call and action on that plan. Adjust as you learn where you need more or less help. You get a summary of time used after each call/edit. What counts toward your purchased hours? Time spent preparing for our call in reviewing resume, transcripts, GMAT/GRE, or drafts/previous app essays. Also calls, email responses, and essay edits count toward your total hours purchased. If time runs out, I will provide actionable high-level guidance to apply to the rest independently OR recommend adding more time.

🎖️Realistic HBS interview experience to test your delivery, answers, and confidence! Past clients have improved 20-80% in the actual interview, changing their life trajectory! 🛠️Before the mock interview, I prepare you to understand the format of the HBS interview with a prep call designed to avoid the usual pitfalls interviewees make in preparing for an interview. I provide a guide with actual past interview questions and tips. 🚀 I coach you to compete like an olympic athlete that has trained with the right techniques so give it your all!! ✅Next Steps for interview prep: Sign up for a prep package - I recommend 4-12 days prior to your interview date. No intro calls to discuss mock interviews, instead take a look at reviews that reflect how I lifted interview capabilities of applicants like you interviewing with Harvard and Stanford. 🚀I'm a top MBA admissions coach with 11yrs experience and 85% success rate to H/S/W + Top 15 global MBAs. 🥇I am rated more effective than former admissions officers as I have: 1️⃣ A deep understanding of how admissions officers think 2️⃣ Direct experience in the roles you seek, relevant to tie your experience and goals together 3️⃣ Technical startup mentality that allows me to coach you how to showcase your innovative side by pitching creatively 🧙🏼‍♂️ Expert working with highly technical industries/roles: Enterprise AI, product management, space, gov, infrastructure, real estate, fintech, engineering 🌍 Middle East, Europe, Latin America experience derived from working/living in different countries ✅ Taking on 2-3 dMBA/R3 candidates. 🤖I’m ahead of the MBA admissions coach pack—I've built AI prompting tools to complement one-on-one coaching. 🤖 Using ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude? Review is a must to identify AI patterns. 👉🏼Through our conversations, I challenge you to discover your leadership voice by placing you in the "interview seat" from our first call. I draw on my deep understanding of what admissions look for and what essay questions are truly asking for to help you create an authentic story and ambitious goals that stand out. Together we create a design session where we think deeply about personal and professional moments that show who you are. This leads to your strongest application, higher interview invitation rates, and admissions. 🤖 Expertise in prompting generic ChatGPT/Anthropic AI to get non-generic admissions caliber feedback. I evolved my 1:1 coaching to include guidance on using AI effectively for clients who see it as a tool, but continue to provide traditional coaching for those who don't want it. I have developed prompts that remove the generic responses that general use AI tools provide, to make them essay specific and in your voice. Try this formula that works: Invest in 2-5 hours of quality coaching to unlock your core stories. Then use getMBA.ai to accelerate the iterative writing process—turning weeks of grunt work into days. 🌍 I work with a small group of international/US candidates each round from diverse backgrounds (tech, entrepreneurs, consultants, family business). I am available for my clients within short notice. Get started right away with intro 1-2hrs foundational call - according to my reviews, it's a worthwhile investment. 👉🏼 Most clients do not have clear goal when we begin working together, but end with clear career direction - and some have started companies based on the ideas we formulated together. 👉🏼Unlimited Coaching package includes additional review by a second coach (you get 2 in 1 coaches!) 👉🏼I apply my superpower as an innovator and storyteller to walk clients through a framework that helps connect the dots of past experiences and future aspirations. We get to your “aha” moment and get you excited (and less anxious) about your own fantastic and bold story - this in turn elevates your competitiveness in MBA applications and interviews. 👩🏻‍💻 IG: MBAcoach 👉🏼My expertise has been featured in Poets&Quants. 👉🏼I have advised professionals across 20 countries in complex industries including tech, finance, consulting, government, healthcare, biotech, entrepreneurship, renewable energy, military, and telco. I inject my naturally open and humorous personality to make the process feel a little less like work. Nimble and grounded are other core strengths, I know when to guide to create urgency and when to give you room to explore your creativity. *Note: only up to 3 initial hourly purchases will be credited toward upgrade to Unlimited Coaching packages
