Each of us wrestles at times with the feeling we’ve lost our way, or we’ve lost our spark. As a certified, award-winning Life + Career Coach, my specialty is reuniting individuals with their core values, strengths, and passions – so they can thoughtfully and confidently design and enjoy fulfilling lives, careers, relationships, and workplaces. Drawing upon two decades as a prize-winning Filmmaker and Agency Producer for Target, Best Buy, and Subaru – I now shine a cinematic sense of adventure and wonder into the occasionally tricky but ever triumphant journeys of my treasured clients through uplifting, evidence-based Transformational Coaching.
Why do I coach?
The driving vision for the work I do as a coach is to ensure that growth, self-discovery and deeply meaningful change is an ever enjoyable and inspiring adventure. I think too often individuals (and their practitioners alike) frame the work of self-improvement or career development as a bland or brutal chore. The pressures of modern life and careers can be challenging enough, and change is even harder. So when you sign into a session with me as your coach, my aim is that it’ll always feel fun, fascinating and inspiring. You'll walk away with your head held higher and your spirit boosted.
