About Victoria

I started my career in the beauty industry in integrated communications, then became the first sales hire at a leading telehealth and wellness company. There, I built and led the sales team from the ground up, developing talent and launching new growth initiatives. Over three years ago, I dove into the world of executive recruiting and discovered how much I enjoy connecting great people with great opportunities. I’ve placed talent across sales, marketing, finance, operations/strategy, and people roles, and C-suite roles. What makes my coaching approach effective is the combination of: Search expertise — I’ve placed Directors all the way to CEOs, Presidents and other leaders across the consumer and VC ecosystem, so I know how hiring decisions are really made. Hands-on coaching experience — From managing and training sales teams to guiding execs through complex transitions, I’ve supported people in everything from positioning and strategy to negotiation and mindset. People-first perspective — I’ve been in the shoes of someone who didn’t know their next move and had to find the right path through trial, error, and mentorship. That experience drives my approach: helping people find clarity, tap into their potential, and make decisions with confidence and intention.
