Hello! I’m a trained coach, marketing leader, an immigrant, girlfriend, daughter, dog mom, and friend. These distinct identities all contribute to who I am, what I value, and how I show up as a coach, marketing leader and human. With over a decade of experience at Google in the US and Germany, I’ve successfully led marketing teams through challenging projects, organizational transitions, and career advancements. I’m grateful for all the knowledge, experience and connections I gained and that I had the opportunity to move countries (from Germany to the US) to work internationally. In my marketing and strategy roles, my passion is in helping individuals grow and reach their full potential. As a coach, I help reconnect you with the joy of exploration, define your goals and create actionable plans to achieve them, and help maintain mental fitness for life. My coaching is grounded in the Co-Active model. Co-Active Coaching helps people stretch their sightlines, get out of comfort zones, and grow in every aspect of their life. Coaching will be more than just talking, Co-active means living a world of being and doing. Additionally, I’m Positive Intelligence trained - a program that helps build mental fitness so you can fulfill your true potential for both happiness and contribution.
Why do I coach?
My coaching story For over a decade, I thrived in the fast-paced tech industry at Google, leading diverse teams across the US and Germany. I successfully navigated cultural differences, spearheaded complex cross-functional projects, and challenging times (e.g., transition to fully remote during the pandemic and organizational restructures). I empowered individuals to achieve career advancements (e.g., consistently helped team members secure promotions). As a marketer, my passion has been in helping people reach their full potential. Through coaching, I mapped out my core values, passions, and leadership strengths, confirming my desire to empower others. Inspired, I embarked on the rigorous 104-hour Co-Active training program, strengthening my skills in active listening, powerful questioning, and creating a safe space for exploration. It's about embracing the unexpected and navigating life's currents – both calm waters and turbulent storms. I truly believe everyone can overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
