About Unitra
My career has been a journey through many different roles. I've had the privilege of serving as the fashion and beauty coordinator for ESSENCE Magazine, owning a franchise, and mentoring young adults transitioning out of foster care. I also founded BlackBuyDesigns.com and work as Vice President & Chief of Staff at Russell Glen Company. Along the way, I earned degrees in Organizational Behavior & Change from New York University and in Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I'm also a certified personal development coach, specializing in Emotional Intelligence.
Why do I coach?
Out of everything I've accomplished, I'm most proud of being a mother and watching my three children graduate from college. Having navigated my own journey of reinvention, I now enjoy focusing on helping others transform challenges into opportunities for both personal and professional growth so that they can experience the fulfillment what life can offer.
