About Udit
For eight of my nine years at BCG I was an interviewer, including final decision rounds and expert-track interviews, so I know exactly what turns into an offer and what quietly gets a candidate cut. I also led recruiting, first as captain of BCG Middle East's Spanish channel and then as Recruiting Director for the Bay Area, so I have seen the whole funnel, from a single interview to how an office decides who to hire. I climbed the ladder myself too, from recruiting out of my MBA at IESE to Managing Director and Partner, and then made the jump into tech as a VP of Product at Salesforce. So I coach the whole arc: breaking into consulting, finding your footing in the early years, navigating the mid-career climb, and moving from consulting into tech when the time comes. Whatever stage you are at, I can give you the honest insider read on how it actually works.
Why do I coach?
I have spent years on the hiring side of consulting and climbing it myself, and the same thing struck me at every stage. The people who do well are rarely the most talented in the room. They are the ones who understood how the game actually works and prepared for it. A lot of consulting runs on unwritten rules that nobody hands you, whether you are trying to land the offer, get staffed on the right project, build the case for your next promotion, or make a clean move into tech. I had mentors who gave me the honest version early, and it changed my path, so I do the same for others now. Watching someone walk into an interview ready, or finally make the leap they had been circling, is the best part of this for me.

My work covers both sides of it: the agent architecture, MCP, and agent-identity decisions, and the metering, pricing, and consumption model that determines whether it gets adopted and makes money.
