Welcome to my profile! With a robust background in strategic leadership and entrepreneurship, I am currently the CEO of Infonancial Solutions (PE owned), where I lead innovative solutions for financial institutions. Prior to Private Equity, I worked across various Management Consulting Firms including ZS Associates, PwC and Accenture focusing on technology implementations, strategy and product management. Outside of work, I'm a member of the SUNY Oswego Alumni Board of Directors and Clemson's MBA Alumni Council. Since I was an undergraduate student, I've loved coaching both students and young professionals to get the most out of their time in college and early career years to maximize their potential and outcomes. About Tucker
I’m Tucker, and I was once told by my guidance counselor that I couldn’t even get into a mid-tier state school. Today, I lead Platform M&A Sourcing for Canada at a Alpine Investors Platform Company (EFTG) and serve as CEO of a Fintech Portfolio Company within Evergreen Financial Technology Group. My path hasn’t been linear, and that’s exactly why I coach. I started at a SUNY school after turning around my academic trajectory late in high school. Once there, I went from completely uninvolved to deeply embedded in campus leadership, founding a student consulting group, leading multiple organizations, and ultimately serving as Student Government President. From there, I broke into management consulting, despite being told firms “don’t recruit from schools like ours,” and went on to work at Accenture, PwC, and ZS Associates. After earning my MBA from Clemson, I set my sights on private equity, another path I was told was unrealistic. Not long after, I was recruited into a CXO role, launching me into my current chapter leading growth and acquisition strategy in the PE ecosystem. I’ve built my career by challenging assumptions, both my own and others’. Whether you’re trying to land your first offer, pivot careers, break into consulting or private equity, or pursue a path that doesn’t fit the mold, I understand what that takes. I’ve navigated it firsthand, and I’m here to help you do the same with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it feels like to be underestimated, and I know what happens when you decide not to accept it. I barely made it to undergrad. At one point, I was choosing between the Marines and skipping college entirely. My high school guidance counselor told me I couldn’t get into the only school I wanted. That moment lit a fire in me that never went out. I turned things around my senior year and earned admission to a SUNY school. Once there, I made a decision to become someone different. I went from uninvolved and uncertain to leading student government, founding organizations, and building a student-run consulting group. Along the way, mentors stepped in and changed my trajectory. They pushed me, believed in me, and showed me paths I didn’t know existed. When career services told me management consulting wasn’t realistic from my school, I didn’t accept it. I found another way in. That path led me to Accenture, PwC, and ZS Associates. After my MBA at Clemson, I heard the same thing about private equity. Again, I didn’t accept it. Not long after, I stepped into a CXO role and into the world of PE. Today, I lead a PE-backed company and oversee Platform M&A sourcing across Canada at Alpine Investors. I coach because I’ve lived the gap between where you start and where you want to go. I know how confusing it can feel, how isolating it can be, and how easy it is to believe the wrong voices. If you have a goal that feels just out of reach, or a path that doesn’t look like anyone else’s, I can help you navigate it with clarity and conviction. Let’s go get it.
